Ø  His Excellency Dr. Dalhatu Sarki Tafida OFR, High Commissioner, Nigeria High Commission, UK - Medical doctor. Obtained his qualifications from The Royal Victoria Infirmary, New Castle Upon - Tyne, UK, Nigeria, and John Hopkins University in the USA. His Excellency, Dr. Tafida received the national honour of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) in 1983.

Ø  Her Excellency, Mrs. Mwanaidi Sinare Maajar, High Commissioner, Tanzania High Commission, UK. (Lawyer). Former partner of REX ATTONEYS a leading law firm in Tanzania. Her Excellency practised as an advocate of the high court of Tanzania specialising in corporate and mining law litigation. Prior to setting up her legal practice in 1991, she worked as Senior Legal Adviser with Bank of Tanzania and subsequently as Business Manager with Coopers and Lybrand, the predecessor firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tanzania.

ØHis Excellency, Mr. Claver Gatete, Ambassador, Embassy of   Rwanda, UK.  Former Personal Representative of the President on NAPAD steering Committee (Office of the President). His Excellency, was the former  Secretary General and Secretary to the Tresaury - Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

Ø  Ms. Catherine Barber, Africa Economic Adviser to the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office on sub Sahara Africa, Foreign and Commonswealth Office, FCO. Previously worked for the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. Taught at Oxford and Harvard Universities.
